Jile.bet Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

Jile.bet (hereinafter referred to as "jile", "we", or "the platform") is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between jile and each registered user (hereinafter "member" or "you").

This agreement applies to users in Bangladesh and all other regions where jile operates. If you are accessing jile from a country or region where online betting is prohibited by law, you are not permitted to use this platform.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Jile Reserves the Right to Modify These Terms at Any Time.

To register an account on jile, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed. jile may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on jile and to participate in any form of betting or gaming. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using jile.

At registration, users confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. If jile finds evidence that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

Jile supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket — for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes. However, delays may occur during KYC verification or security reviews. jile only processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Jile offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

In general, any bonus funds must meet a specific wagering requirement before you can make a withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to place ৳1,000 in bets first.

• A user may not claim the same offer more than once
• Bonuses are available to eligible users only; jile determines eligibility.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a set timeframe; bonuses expire if the deadline is not met.
• If Bonus Abuse Is Confirmed, the Bonus and Any Associated Winnings Will Be Forfeited.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make a deposit.

Once a bet is confirmed on jile, it cannot be cancelled unless jile itself voids it due to a technical error. It is the user's responsibility to review the odds and conditions carefully before placing any bet.

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time you confirm your bet are final. If odds shift due to network delays, jile will accept the bet at the updated odds.

• If a Match Is Cancelled, the Bet Amount Will Be Refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided
• If a selection in a parlay bet is voided, it will be counted as 1.00 odds
• If a match does not start within the scheduled time, the bet will be settled within 24 hours

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jile. Any account found engaging in such conduct will be closed and all funds forfeited:

• Placing Bets Using Match Fixing or Inside Information
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (multi-accounting)
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Use for money laundering or cleaning funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting Platform Vulnerabilities or Bugs to Gain an Unfair Advantage
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Spreading False Information or Sharing Fraudulent Links in jile's Name

Jile places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. The name, mobile number, address, and financial details you provide are used solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance purposes.

Jile never sells your information to third parties. However, we may be required to share it when compelled by law or a regulatory authority. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy read it.

• You Have the Right to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data.

Jile is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting. Online betting carries inherent risk, and by using the platform you acknowledge and accept that risk.

Jile is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or disruptions to third-party services. However, in such cases, we will endeavour to void affected bets and refund the relevant amounts.

Jile reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, particularly in cases of violation of these terms. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time.

• Eligible balance may be withdrawn before account closure
• Bonus balances in accounts closed for rule violations will be forfeited.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will not be reactivated before the designated period ends
• Data from Closed Accounts May Be Retained for Legal Purposes.

If you have a complaint, please first submit it in writing to support@jile.bet. jile will provide an initial response within 72 hours and a final resolution within 14 business days.

If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it may be escalated to jile's licensing regulatory authority. English shall be the governing language in all dispute resolutions, and applicable international law will prevail.

• When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID and the details of the relevant transaction.
• In any dispute over bet settlement, the official match result shall be considered final.
• Bank Statements Are Accepted as Evidence in Payment-Related Disputes.

Jile reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent via registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
